The Mendota varsity soccer team added a win and a loss to its record after playing a pair of opponents last week.
The Trojans traveled to Moline on Oct. 10 and the home team shut out Mendota, 3-0.

Mendota hosted Ottawa on Oct. 12 and the Trojans came away with a 7-1 victory to run its record to 18-2-1. MHS led 4-1 at halftime.
Cesar Casas booted in three goals and had an assist to pace the win. Isaac Diaz added a pair of goals, while Luis Ramirez and Gael Garcia had one goal apiece.
Ramirez also picked up one assist, as did Johan Cortez and Cameron Escatel.
