MENDOTA – The Mendota Spikers will play host to the Mendota Class 2A Regional Volleyball Tournament to be played Oct. 25, 26, 28.
The action will begin on Monday, Oct. 25 when Sandwich takes on Stillman Valley. The winner of that match will advance to the semifinals to face top-seeded Rockford Lutheran at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 26. The second semifinal match will pit the fourth-seeded Spikers against former Big Northern Conference rival Oregon at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 26.
The semifinal-round winners will meet for the regional championship at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28.
The winner of the Mendota Regional will advance to the Oregon Sectional to take on the champion of the Marengo Regional at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 1. The other teams in the sectional will come from the Genoa-Kingston and Byron regionals. The sectional championship match will be contested at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 3.

4 - Winner Match 2 vs. Winner Match 3 - 6 p.m.
