MENDOTA – Five Mendota Trojan baseball players received recognition from the Big Northern Conference by achieving all-conference honors for the 2017 season.
Junior Sam Becker was named to the first team, while seniors Cruz Figueroa and Paxton Kennedy were second-team selections. Juniors Ben Bokus and Bryson Prusator made the honorable mention list.
Mendota finished the conference season in second place with a 15-5 record. Rockford Christian, which won the league title with a 16-4 mark, also had five all-conference selections.
