MENDOTA – The Mendota Trojans received the eighth seed in Regional C of the Boys’ Baseball Regional Tournament to be held June 2, 4, 7.

The Trojans will begin play by hosting ninth-seeded Oregon at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 2. A Mendota victory will send it to top-seeded Princeton on Friday, June 4. Game time is not determined. Also on June 4, fifth-seeded Port Byron Riverdale will play at fourth-seeded Rock Falls.

The two semifinal-round winners will meet for the championship on Monday, June 7, with the highest remaining seed being the host.
