MENDOTA - Keith E. Hultquist, 62, of Mendota died Nov. 15, 2019 at OSF Saint Paul Hospital, Mendota.
There will be no services or visitation. He chose to have a celebration of life while he was here.
Keith was born March 18, 1957 in Kewanee to Ellen (Colrus) Hultquist and Willard E. Hultquist.
Survivors include his life partner, Jason E. Dombeck of Mendota; one sister, Marcia Isaacs of Mendota; two nieces, Tammy (Keith) Sharp and Jamie (Tony) Prince, both of Mendota; and one great-niece, Alaina Isaacs of Mendota.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Keith was employed in maintenance at Heritage Health in Mendota for 15 years before retiring in February 2019. He loved the ocean and his favorite childhood vacation memories were of visits to family and the beach in Long Island, N.Y. He loved animals, growing flowers and plants. He had beautiful aquariums and many, many plants and provided plantings for friends and family. Keith was a wonderful “people person,” who was loved by multitudes and will be missed by many.
