ARLINGTON - Bonnie Sue (Robinson) Lovgren, 58, of Arlington passed away Aug. 16, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family and friends after a short battle with cancer.

ARLINGTON - Bonnie Sue (Robinson) Lovgren, 58, of Arlington passed away Aug. 16, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family and friends after a short battle with cancer.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 21 at Community United Methodist Church, LaMoille with Rev. David Jungnickel officiating. There will be no visitation. Burial will be private at a later date.

Bonnie was born May 26, 1960 in Mendota to Junior Joseph and Alma Jean “Pat” (Wagner) Robinson. She married Tom Lovgren on Sept. 9, 1977 in LaMoille.

Survivors include her husband of Arlington; one son, Mathew (Robin) Lovgren of LaMoille and their children, Macee, Louie, Alex and Alivia; three daughters, Angela (Shaun) Bullington of Princeton and their children, JT and Lily; Melanie (Eric) Engel of LaMoille and their children, Owen and Corbin; and Laura (Rich) Shumway of Hyattsville, Md. and their daughter Astrid; one sister, Diane (Jim) Brandau of Ohio; and 13 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Louie and Marjean Lovgren; and one sister-in-law, Cathy.

Bonnie attended LaMoille High School. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and was an avid reader, crafter and gardener.

Memorials may be directed to Community United Methodist Church or the Arlington Fire Department.
