AMBOY - The Spencer Family Musicians from Wichita, Kan. will appear in concert at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 10 at the Shaw Shelter in Amboy City Park. With their original songs and acoustic arrangements, the Spencers are a family band that will delight your heart and encourage your soul.
Jim and Nicci were married in 1996. Jim is the founder and president of the The Family Worship Resource Center, author of the book “Doing Family Worship,” creator of Scripture Memory Kids, a speaker and top-ten songwriter. He has served in the local church for many years as a leader of worship in music. Nicci is a wife and homemaker who enjoys reading and cooking and of course loving and spending time with her 13 children and husband.

Make plans to attend this exciting event and experience The Spencers in concert. This event is presented by the East Grove Union Church of rural Amboy. A free will offering will be received for the ministry of The Spencers. A free dessert buffet will follow the concert. Please bring a lawn chair.
