Dr. Fulton
MENDOTA – OSF HealthCare Saint Paul Medical Center and OSF Medical Group-Mendota is pleased to welcome Zachary Fulton, MD to its staff.
Dr. Fulton specializes in family medicine, caring for patients from newborns to adults, comprehensive to preventative care.
Born and raised in Kewanee, Fulton received a Bachelor of Science from Bradley University, Peoria and his medical degree from University of Illinois College of Medicine, Rockford. He likes the small-town atmosphere that the Mendota area offers.
Dr. Fulton’s office will be located at 1405 E. 12th St., Mendota, Suite 600. Appointments may be made by calling (815) 538-7200 weekdays.
