SENECA – The Mendota Trojans will hit the hardwood for the first time this season when they compete in the eight-team Seneca Turkey Tournament Nov. 25-30.
Each team will have three pool play games to determine the pairings for the finals. Mendota’s first contest will be on Monday, Nov. 25 at 8 p.m. when it meets Newark. The Trojans will return to the court the next day when they battle Hall at 5 p.m. After two days off, Mendota will wrap up pool play against Reed-Custer at 4:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 29.
The finals will be played on Saturday, Nov. 30.
The pairings are as follows:

Monday, Nov. 25
St. Anne vs. Somonauk – 5 p.m.
Reed-Custer vs. Hall – 6:30 p.m.
Mendota vs. Newark – 8 p.m.
Tuesday, Nov. 26
Hall vs. Mendota – 5 p.m.
Reed-Custer vs. Newark – 6:30 p.m.
Herscher vs. Seneca – 8 p.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 27
Herscher vs. Somonauk – 5:30 p.m.
St. Anne vs. Seneca – 7 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 29
St. Anne vs. Herscher – 3 p.m.
Reed-Custer vs Mendota – 4:30 p.m.
Newark vs. Hall – 6 p.m.
Somonauk vs. Seneca – 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 30
4th Pool B vs. 4th Pool A – noon (7th place)
3rd Pool B vs. 3rd Pool A – 1:30 p.m. (5th place)
2nd Pool B vs. 2nd Pool A – 6 p.m. (3rd place)
