MENDOTA – Children in costume are invited to trick-or-treat at Mendota businesses and shops on Friday, Oct. 29 at participating businesses located throughout the town. Business owners will be passing out treats from 3-5 p.m.
Parents are reminded to have their children look for an orange Halloween poster on the door or window of those businesses that will be participating. The signs say “Trick-or-Treat Here” and have the date and time on them.
This promotion is sponsored by the Mendota Area Chamber of Commerce. Businesses wishing to participate and need an orange trick-or-treat poster are welcome to pick one up at the Mendota Chamber office.
