MENDOTA – The Christmas season is here and with it the beautiful decorations that herald this most wonderful time of the year. But, have you ever stopped to consider why certain colors have become such an important part of the Christmas tradition? On Sunday, Dec. 10 at 9 a.m., the Sunday school students at Zion United Methodist Church will be presenting The Colors of Christmas, a musical by Craig Adams that explains “the biblical significance of the colors that mark the Christmas season around the world.” Come and join them for this fun and informative program that is sure to help put you in the Christmas spirit! The program will be followed by a potluck “bruncheon” in the Fellowship Hall.
