Brant named to first team, Manning honorable mention

MENDOTA – The Mendota Lady Trojans had two players earn Three Rivers Conference-East Division all-conference honors for the 2021-22 girls’ basketball season.

Sophomore Reanna Brant was chosen to the first team, while senior Paige Manning was an honorable mention selection. Brant led this year’s team in scoring (9.6 points per game) and rebounding (10.7 rebounds per game). Manning averaged 6.5 points per outing.

Final varsity standings: Princeton 10-1, St. Bede 9-2, Kewanee 8-4, Hall 7-5, Bureau Valley 4-8, Mendota 3-9, Newman 0-12

Final freshman-sophomore standings: Kewanee 10-1, Bureau Valley 10-2, St. Bede 5-3, Mendota 5-6, Princeton 4-7, Newman 2-8, Hall 1-9
