LaMOILLE – Mrs. LaVerne Klein of LaMoille will be celebrating her 95th birthday on Oct. 22, 2024.
LaVerne Marie Stenzel was born on Oct. 22, 1929, in Sublette, at the Angear Hospital to her parents, Bernard and Marie Stenzel. She married the late LeRoy Klein on Feb. 3, 1951, at St. Mary’s Church in Maytown.
The couple raised 10 children: Steven (Cathy) Klein, Linda (Bob) Cheeseman, Gerald (Linda) Klein, Ed (Chris Klein), Rich (Teri) Klein, Doug (Colleen) Klein, Carol (Mike) Elam, Judy (Bob) Haravtin, Ron (Angie) Klein and Pam (Chris) Fieweger. LaVerne has 32 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
