STERLING – The Mendota Trojans have been assigned to the Sterling Class 2A Regional Golf Tournament to be contested Tuesday, Oct. 6 at Emerald Hill Golf Course in Sterling.
Other schools in the regional include Dixon, Freeport, LaSalle-Peru, Ottawa, Princeton, Rochelle, Rock Falls, Sterling and Stillman Valley.
Advancement to the sectional and the sectional site have not been determined by the Illinois High School Association.
