PLANO, Texas - Erwin Henry Grosshans, 105, passed on to his heavenly home on June 27, 2021 at Heritage House in Plano, Texas.

Erwin was born Feb. 4, 1916 in Beulah, N.D., son of the late Reverend Louis Grosshans (former pastor of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Compton) and Elsa (Kossert) Grosshans.

Survivors include six children, seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife of over 71 years, Ruth (Dhuse) Grosshans; his parents; two sisters, Lorraine Grunke and Gertrude Haebich; and a granddaughter, Julianne.
