MENDOTA – OSF Saint Paul Medical Center is a Major Sponsor of the 70th Annual Mendota Sweet Corn Festival and will be sponsoring the 2017 Sweet Corn Festival Tennis Tournament.
The SCF Tennis Tournament will offer Junior and Adult Divisions, with the Juniors playing on Friday, Aug. 11 and Adults playing on Saturday and Sunday Aug. 12-13.
The Junior events are boys and girls 13-under singles and 17-under singles and doubles, with Adults competing in singles, doubles, and mixed doubles
All matches will be played at the Mendota High School tennis courts. Entry forms may be picked up at the Chamber office and Sports-N-Stuff or online at sweetcornfestival.com.
Players entering by Friday, July 28 will receive a SCF T-shirt courtesy of OSF Saint Paul Medical Center. Entry deadline to participate in the tournament is Monday, Aug. 7 at 4 p.m.
OSF Saint Paul Medical Center also invites you to their “CornaPalooza” 5K/10K Run & 5K Fitness Walk taking place on Saturday, Aug. 12 beginning at 8 a.m. at Lake Mendota.
