PAW PAW - Attorneys Tim Zollinger and Matt Cole, of Ward, Murray, Pace & Johnson, Sterling, have been retained as village counsels ad hoc during the Nov. 10 Paw Paw Village Board meeting. They will file petitions with the court against derelict, abandoned or nuisance properties in the village.
The Village Christmas tree lighting will be held on Friday, Dec. 3 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in front of the Presbyterian Church. Uptown businesses will be helping and offering refreshments.
Looking ahead, the Girl Scouts will sell cookies door-to-door from Jan. 5–29. Delivery will be Feb. 24-March 20.
