MALTA – The Kishwaukee College Annual Career Fair will be held on April 20 from 12-4 p.m. in the Kishwaukee College Conference Center. Job seekers attending the Career Fair should park in the A parking lot and enter the Kishwaukee College Conference Center through doors 16 or 17.
The Career Fair is free to job seekers and open to the public.
There are over 50 local employers with open full-time and part-time positions scheduled to be at the Career Fair. Job seekers are encouraged to bring resumes and information to fill out applications on site.
Participating employers have the option to reserve private rooms for individual interviews, so job seekers should be prepared to be interviewed. It is recommended that job seekers dress to impress and have an “elevator” speech (short introduction of yourself to prospective employers) prepared. The Kishwaukee College Career Center reminds job seekers to remember the “3 P’s to Career Fair Success”: Prepare, Perform, and Persist.
