OTTAWA - For the third year, the LaSalle County Friends of Extension & 4-H are sponsoring a fun event to raise money for Extension and 4-H programs. Their Murder Mystery Dinner will be held on Friday, Sept. 7 at Pitstick’s Pavilion north of Ottawa.
The doors will open at 6 p.m. with a full meal starting at 6:30 p.m. The show will be performed between dinner courses by a professional group called, “It’s a Mystery.” This year’s performance, “Wacked at da Wedding” is a wacky and funny interactive comedy with suspense, intrigue and loads of laughs. There will also be a silent auction with some great items.
Tickets are $40 until Sept 1 and are available at the Extension/4-H office, 1689 N. 31st Road, Ottawa (near Farm & Fleet) or at First State Bank Ottawa, 1212 LaSalle St. Tickets may also be reserved by calling the Extension office at (815) 433-0707 or Gail at (815) 257-6266. Table sponsors are also needed; please call Gail for the details.
Proceeds for the event will be donated to the LaSalle County Extension and 4-H. University of Illinois Extension provides equal opportunities in programs and employment. The numerous programs in 4-H, Food & Nutrition, Agriculture and Master Gardener would not be possible without the support of our annual funders, numerous volunteers, individual donors and caring businesses.
