LA SALLE - Join Father Dominic Garramone, the Bread Monk, on Saturday, July 24 for his virtual presentation, “County Fair.” Hosted by the LaSalle Public Library, the program will begin at 1 p.m.
Love the food at county fairs? Father Dominic will step through the process of making funnel cakes, elephant ears and corn dogs, and his own original creation, Hog Bottom Rolls. He will also answer questions and provide a link to all featured recipes.
