LA SALLE - The Illinois Valley Beekeepers Association will hold their next meeting on Friday, Feb. 11 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the University of Illinois Extension Center (lower level), 1689 N. 31st Road, Ottawa. Masks will be required.
IVBA is a support group for anyone interested in beekeeping as well as people who are currently beekeepers. Meetings are free, open to the public and take place on the second Friday of the month (there are no meetings in July or December).
A Beginner Beekeeping Class is tentatively set for Saturday, March 12. More details will be announced when they become available.
