OTTAWA - A variety of special Halloween activities will be held at the LaSalle County 4-H Fairgrounds in Ottawa on Saturday, Oct. 23. Sponsored by the Starved Rock Regional Center (formerly Easter Seals, LBC), there will be three separate time slots to accommodate all age groups. The “Sensory Hour” will be from 3-4 p.m., then from 4-6 p.m. a “Not-So-Scary Haunted House” will be featured. For those who enjoy a more frightening experience, “Full Scares and Full Fun” will be in full swing from 7-9 p.m.
Throughout the event there will also be Trunk or Treat, games, hayrides, inflatables, music, food and raffles. Cost is $20 per car for online presale tickets or $25 per car at the gate.
