PRINCETON - The Friends of the Princeton Public Library are hosting a fall Book Sale Nov. 11-13. Over 9,000 quality used books, both hardcover and paperback, have been cleaned and sorted into over 30 categories for easy shopping.

The sale will include children’s and young adult books, newer fiction and non-fiction, sports, biographies, gardening, poetry, classics, mysteries, $0.50 hard cover fiction, Presidents, higher priced non-fiction and how-to books (such as quilting, decorating, woodworking and remodeling), cookbooks, Christmas books, mysteries, history and science books, as well as puzzles, CDs, and DVDs.

Hours on Thursday, Nov. 11 will be 10 a.m.-6 p.m.; Friday, Nov. 12 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; and Saturday, Nov. 13 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday will be “$5 Bag Day” when shoppers can fill a bag with books priced at $1 or less for $5. Also on Saturday, all books with yellow stickers will be half price as well as DVDs, CDs, audiobooks and puzzles.

The sale will be held at the Princeton Public Library’s Friends Sale Room, 698 East Peru St., Princeton. Patrons may enter through the front doors of the library and follow the signs directing them to the sale. All hardcover books and children’s books will be located in the sale room. Paperbacks, puzzles, CDs and DVDs will be in the adjoining area of the library. Payment will be made to cashiers in the book sale room.

Following guidelines of Princeton Public Library, masks will need to be worn upon entering the library and during shopping. Hand sanitizer will also be made available in both sale areas.
