MENDOTA - Residents and staff at Heritage Health in Mendota welcomed some special guests for a socially distant visit on Dec. 30. Mendota veterinarian Cathy Wolf, below, brought her draft pony, Blaze, who was decked out in some colorful holiday lights.
She was accompanied by her daughter, Faith Brandt, below, who brought along her dog, Wonder.
Wolf was also assisted by her friend, Nicki Potts, who helped with Blaze. Wolf said the residents were thrilled to see and interact with the animals through the facility’s large front windows. (Photos contributed)
