Which Winter Olympic Games were the first to be broadcast in color?
The answer to last week’s quiz is: Ice hockey and figure skating were originally part of the Summer Olympics. The 1908 London Olympics hosting four figure skating events and Antwerp 1920 had figure skating and ice hockey. In 1924, a separate event, the International Winter Sports Week held in Chamonix, France, was created for winter sports. Two years later, that event was officially recognized as the first Winter Olympic Games.
