LaSALLE – Summer continues at Stage 212 with the Children’s Theater production of “Disney’s High School Musical, Jr.” an abbreviated version of Disney Channel's smash hit movie musical.

MENDOTA – Merv and Kay Schlesinger of Mendota will be celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary on Aug. 1.

PERU – Myrtle Hitchins of Peru, formerly of rural Mendota and Bloomington, will be celebrating her 98th birthday on Tuesday, July 30, 2024.
