LA SALLE - The LaSalle Public Library will virtually host Natalie Martin, Master Gardener, on Tuesday, Jan. 18 as she presents a unique program to celebrate National Soup Month beginning at 6 p.m.
January is National Soup Month. The cold temperatures and chilly days make this perfect time to celebrate and reminisce with a warm bowl of hearty soup or stew. Martin will demonstrate three different soup or stew recipes, utilizing three different cooking methods –stovetop, Instant Pot, and slow cooker. She will include vegetarian as well as meat-friendly versions.
