MENDOTA - Todd A. Brown, 57, of LaSalle, passed away peacefully Nov. 6, 2021 at his home.

Funeral services will be held at noon on Saturday, Nov. 13 at the Merritt Funeral Home, Mendota with Rev. Susan Presley officiating. Burial will be at Troy Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of services.

Todd was born Dec. 22, 1963 in Ottawa to Donald and Dorothy (White) Brown.

Survivors include one son, Daniel Brown; two sisters, Theresa (Bud) Knaff of Troy Grove and Paula (Steve Crane) Brown of Fishers, Ind.; two brothers, Tom (Lori) Brown of Cherry and Don (Mary) Brown of Hollowayville; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, an infant sister, Connie, and a nephew, Dustin Brown.

Todd was a 1982 graduate of Mendota High School. He retired after 30 years working as an operating engineer with Troy Grove Stone Quarry. He enjoyed camping, fishing and in his younger years riding his horses and competing in horseshows.
