MENDOTA – Terry “Flip” Phillips, 72, of Mendota, passed away Sunday, June 15, 2025.

Per his request, there will be no services.

Terry was born June 8, 1953, to George and Eileen (Wood) Phillips. He married Tonya Ann Wonders (Phillips) on June 30, 1977.

Terry is survived by his three nephews, Ryan Coss, Josh Robeson, and Clay Coss; and one niece, Natalie Robeson Busche.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Tanya in 2016; sister, Sandy Coss in 2019; and brother, Randy Phillips in 2024.

Flip was a longtime Land Surveyor, working alongside his brother, Randy, and retiring from Survey Tech a Division of C.E.S., Inc.
