LA SALLE - Feeling food adventurous? Join the fun and explore some new flavors and textures with pizzas in a virtual program presented by Father Dominic, the Bread Monk.

The LaSalle Public Library will virtually host Father Dominic on Saturday, May 8 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. as he presents, “Pizza: Beyond Red Sauce and Mozz.” In this illustrated program, learn the secrets to a great crust, a rainbow of sauces, and toppings with flavor combinations that may just become your new favorites.
