MENDOTA - Santa Claus, escorted by the Mendota Police Department, took a ride through Mendota with the 2019 Mini Queen and King Kennedy Mellott and Landon Kent on Dec. 16. The Mendota Chamber of Commerce would like to thank the sponsors – Mendota Optimist Club, Mendota Lions Club, Mendota Business & Professional Women, Mendota Women of the Moose and Mendota Rotary Club – as without their help this night would not have been possible. The Chamber also thanks Tony Troyer T2 Enterprises & Arabian Carriage, the Mendota FFA Alumni, and everyone for all the donations that were received during the event, which will go to Operation Elf Action.
