MHS parent/teacher/student conferences set for Feb. 20 & 22

MENDOTA – Mendota High School Parent/Teacher/Student Conferences will be held Tuesday, Feb. 20 and Thursday, Feb. 22, from 4-7 p.m. both days.

The purpose of Parent/Teacher/Student Conferences is to improve upon the home-school connection. MHS offers on-line information through Parent Connect concerning grades, attendance, and discipline.  However, there is no electronic communication that can replace the effectiveness of a face-to-face meeting.

The conferences afford the opportunity to meet with MHS parents to discuss student performance. Parents should come to the gym foyer to pick up their student’s report cards on either Feb. 20 or Feb. 22.

Faculty and administration will be available to discuss your student’s academic progress. MHS uses an open house format and encourages you to stop by the high school anytime between the hours designated. Parents are encouraged to bring their student with them to the conference. Teachers will be located in the main gymnasium.
