Mendota Small Steps has openings

Posted

MENDOTA - The Small Steps Program is announcing to parents and grandparents in Mendota District 289 that they have openings for families with children ages 0-3. Because raising a baby can be challenging, the goal of this program is to offer family support. There is no cost to participate.

Parenting is the most rewarding and most demanding job you will ever encounter. There are many benefits to having someone to talk with while facing the daily challenges that come along with being a parent. Small Steps usually offers home visits, but due to the risk of Covid-19, they are offering virtual and telephone visits. Small Steps is a wonderful community to be a part of.

Small Steps is part of Mendota District 289, and they also have programs serving Earlville and Rochelle. Please call (815) 538-1849 to learn more about this program.
