OTTAWA - On March 31, Governor Pritzker extended the mandatory stay at home order through April 30. Therefore, all LaSalle County governmental buildings will remain closed to the public, except for critical court matters, through April 30.

The Etna Road complex will remain closed to the public, however, for critical court cases and sheriff matters the north entrance doors will remain open.

The downtown courthouse will be open only for critical court matters.

The best way to receive current information on a particular department is to go to the LaSalle County website at www.lasallecounty.org and click on the press releases to see the most updated information for most departments. The circuit clerk website is www.lasallecounty.com.

LaSalle County will continue to operate in a diminished manner but still provide critical court services, law enforcement, public safety, and critical internal operations with only essential staff.
