MALTA - The Kishwaukee College Horticulture Program will host its annual plant sale online due to the ongoing pandemic. Plants will be available through online preorders with contactless pickup available from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. on Friday, May 7.
All plants are grown by students and faculty in the Horticulture Program on Kish’s campus. Annuals, perennials, vegetables, herbs, hanging baskets, potting soil and more will be for sale.
Those interested in purchasing items can make preorders online now through Wednesday, May 5. An order form with all available items for purchase can be found at www.kish.edu/hortevents. After completing the order form, Kish will send a confirmation e-mail for plant availability, total price and pickup time. Payment will be rendered at pickup and can be made via cash, check or credit card.
