MENDOTA – The L.E.A.S.E. Preschool Team is conducting a free screening on Wednesday, Aug. 18 and Thursday, Aug. 19 at First United Methodist Church in Mendota. Registration will be in mid-July by calling 815-539-7362 during school hours.
The screening is for all 3-, 4- and 5-year-olds not enrolled in kindergarten. The child’s speech, language, hearing, vision and general readiness development will be assessed.
A game format is used and takes approximately 25 minutes. Parents are urged to register their child for this free screening.
