Extension offers free virtual education programs for schools

OGLESBY - University of Illinois Extension is offering recorded, virtual education lessons at no cost to schools to help meet classroom goals for learning. The initial program offering will include curricula in the areas of College & Career Readiness, STEM/ STEAM, Animal Science, and Nutrition & Wellness.

Lessons serve grades K-9, and the virtual education options are designed to meet or supplement educational needs. The lessons can be aligned with Common Core State Standards and Next Generation Science Standards. These virtual education programs will be available starting January 2021.
