MENDOTA – Zion United Methodist Church of Mendota will be conducting Galactic Starveyors Vacation Bible School (VBS) June 26-30.
Zion UMC wants your children to join in the fun and excitement. Each day, the VBS children will encounter amazing and wonderful things designed by a Creator – who is even bigger than the vastness of His creation – as well as play fun games, make crafts, enjoy a tasty light supper together and sing cool songs.
The VBS program divides the children into four age groups: 4 years old-kindergarten (age 4 by June 26 and potty trained); grades 1-2; grades 3-4; and grades 5-6 (completion of grade 6).
There is no fee to attend the Vacation Bible School. A free light supper will be served at 5:30 p.m. each day and the program will be from 6-8 p.m.
Interested participants can pre-register online at www.zionchurchumc.com, fill in the pre-registration form and click the “send message” button. You can also fill in the registration form and return it to the church office, 808 Jefferson St., or on Sunday mornings to any Sunday School teacher. Church office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.-noon.
