LaMOILLE – J. Richard and Carol (Piller) Wheeler will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married on Aug. 23, 1969, at Zion Lutheran Church of Clarion, LaMoille.
Officiating the marriage was Pastor Ernest Serr. Maid of honor was Doris Molln Helm and best man was James Wheeler. Ushers were Dr. Donald Piller and Jon Davis.
They are parents of Angela Wheeler (Elizabeth Harrison) of Evanston and Jeannette (Wheeler) Collier (Alan Lopez) of LaMoille. Grandchildren are Alexandria Collier, Jacob Harrison-Wheeler, Charlie Harrison-Wheeler, Holden Lopez and Hudson Lopez.
Rich and Carol are both retired. They are members of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Mendota. Rich is a member of the LaMoille Lions Club.
