MENDOTA - On Sunday, Aug. 19, the United Pentecostal Church of Mendota will host Family Fun Day. The festivities will begin with an inspiring, family-themed worship service at 10 a.m. Rev. Boone Farney of Sullivan will be the speaker.
After the service, a free potluck dinner will be served followed by games and bouncy houses for the children. Everyone is invited to attend this celebration of family.
United Pentecostal Church is located at 4401 State Route 251, 1/2 mile north of Mendota. Transportation is available by calling (815) 539-6861 and leaving a message.
