Two Trojans claim all-BNC baseball honors

MENDOTA – Two Mendota Trojan baseball players were recognized for their accomplishments on the diamond by being named Big Northern Conference all-conference performers for the 2019 season.

Senior Austin Robinson was selected to the BNC second team and classmate Joel Escatel earned honorable mention honors. For the season, Robinson led the Trojans in batting average (.368) and runs batted in (12), while Escatel was second in average (.338) and first in hits (26).
