TRIUMPH – The Triumph United Methodist Church will hold a week of Vacation Bible School in Triumph from July 16-20. Activities will be held from 9-11:30 a.m., daily.
The theme for this year is "Rolling River Rampage." Along the river, children will discover that life with God is an adventure full of wonder and surprise. Music, science, crafts, recreation and Bible stories will help kids know that God is with them as they ride the rapids of grace.
After the week of action filled activities, all participants, parents, friends and relatives are welcome to come to an old-fashioned ice cream social in the church basement, Sunday, July 22 from 2-4 p.m. Here the students can show off their crafts made during the week as well as enjoy Schwan's ice cream, cake, and beverages.
The Bible school is open for all children ages 4 and up. For more information or to register, please call Ethel Bauer at (815) 246-7242, Pastor Sandy Smith at (815) 246-9381, or Jay Allen at (815) 539-6181.
