MENDOTA – The Hume-Carnegie Museum will be adorned in its finest to celebrate the Mendota Museum & Historical Society’s Holidays at the Museum on Sunday, Dec. 10 from 4-6 p.m.
This year’s theme is “There is No Place Like Home for the Holidays.”
The museum will sparkle with nostalgic Christmas memories, stockings hung by the chimney with care, and caroling around the organ. Share in the merriment, joy and laughter along with complimentary appetizers, delicious desserts, and beverages.
The event is open to the public; please RSVP by Dec. 5.
Although this event is held at the Hume-Carnegie Museum, be sure to stop by the Breaking the Prairie Museum and Union Depot Railroad Museum during the holidays as they are also decorated for this festive season.
