MENDOTA - Midland States Bank of Mendota will be bringing exciting and fun entertainment to Mendota’s Annual Sweet Corn Festival.
During the Fest they will be sponsoring 3D Sound, who will provide the music at the corner of Illinois Avenue and Jefferson Street during the serving of free Del Monte sweet corn on Sunday afternoon, Aug. 13. The great sounds of Classic Rock, Country and Pop will be heard beginning at 2 p.m., while Festival goers are enjoying some of the delicious hot, buttered sweet corn prepared by the many Festival volunteers.
Midland States Bank will also be co-sponsoring the high flying Jesse White Tumblers for the Grand Parade on Festival Sunday. Parade step-off is 1 p.m. Midland States Bank invites you to bring your lawn chair and relax and have fun at one of the great events of the Fest – the Grand Parade.
