MENDOTA – The City of Mendota is a major sponsor of the 70th Annual Mendota Sweet Corn Festival and will be helping in many ways with this year’s event.
Many of the city departments - street department, water department, and city clerk’s office - can be seen prior to the Fest getting ready for the many visitors to our city.
During the Sweet Corn Festival, the Mendota Fire Department and EMS, as well as the Mendota Police Department and ESDA are very active and on the job seeing to it that the public is well taken care of and safe during the big weekend.
They remind everyone to be safe and enjoy the many events planned for this year’s celebration.
