MENDOTA - The Small Steps Program in Mendota has openings for young children ages 0-3. Because raising a baby can be challenging for parents and grandparents, this program is intended to offer family support.
Parenting is the most rewarding and most demanding job you will ever encounter. It is beneficial to have someone to talk through the daily challenges that come along with being a parent. Small Steps offers playgroups, family nights and field trips to connect with other parents and children. It is a wonderful community to be involved with and there is no cost.
Small Steps is a part of Mendota School District 289. They also have programs serving Earlville and Oglesby. Please call Denise or Lacey at (815) 538-1849 to learn more about the program.
