SAINT FRANCIS, Wis. - Sister Elaine (formerly Sister Edmund) Weber, 78, was born to eternal life on Sept. 22, 2017.
Family and friends are invited to join the congregation for services on Wednesday, Sept. 27 at St. Francis Convent, 3221 S. Lake Drive, Saint Francis, Wis. Welcoming of the Body and Morning Prayer will be at 9 a.m., visitation from 9:30-10:10 a.m., a time of remembering at 10:10 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. The funeral services will be broadcast live at http://www.lakeofsfs.org/how-we-serve/sisters-today/live-streaming/. Prayer and committal will be at 2 p.m. at St. Coletta Cemetery, Jefferson, Wis.
Survivors include the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi with whom she shared life for 62 years; and Norbert (Rita) Weber, Ruth Ann (Jim) Young, Carol (Greg) Apuli, and Ray (Pat) Weber.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edmund and Loretta (Sondgeroth) Weber; four sisters, Mary Rita and Vera Weber, Joanne (Alvin) Montavon and Rita Pakula; and one brother, Ralph Weber.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi Memorial Fund.
