MENDOTA - On Wednesday, July 10, the Mendota Police Department (MPD) took possession of its second electric patrol bike. This completes the department’s bike patrol unit with next generation patrol bikes.
These heavy duty off-road capability patrol bikes come in power assist as well as full-electric power capability. MPD expressed their appreciation to former Mendota residents and major donors Brian Fox and Pat O’Brien of Drive America of Chesterfield, Mo. and Financial Plus Credit Union of Mendota for making their next generation bike patrol possible.
