MENDOTA – The Mendota Police Department is investigating a burglary at the Mendota Moose Lodge.
Police officers responded to a 9-1-1 call at 6:50 a.m. June 16 concerning a burglary at the lodge at 211 E. 12th St. The suspects, who gained entry into the office area, made off with an undisclosed amount of currency.
The Mendota Police Department was assisted by the Illinois State Police Crime Scene Investigators in the processing of the crime scene. MPD is requesting anyone with information concerning this crime to assist in the investigation by calling 815-539-9331.
