MENDOTA – OSF HealthCare Medical Group in Mendota is pleased to announce that Diana Olsen, Advanced Practice Nurse (APN), will join Dr. Fulton’s Family Medicine care team.
Olsen takes a holistic approach to patient care and strives to serve the whole person by working to create a healthy balance of mind, body and spirit. In addition, she has a passion for diabetes education, health and wellness, and general nutrition.
Olsen received her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Lewis University. She is no stranger to Mendota, having completed a clinical rotation with Dr. Leonardo Lopez and Joy Preciado, APN, in the OSF Medical Group – Mendota this past fall.
Olsen will join the Family Medicine care team at 1405 E. 12th St., Suite 600, in Mendota. Appointments can be made by calling (815) 538-7200.
